Take the time out of Michelin starred cooking - have the pros do the prep for you! Our chefs have done all of the hard work, you just need to pop it in the oven and cook the accompanying seasonal vegetables.

Add a majestic cheeseboard consisting of four wonderful cheeses (250g of each) hand selected by our chefs, served alongside linseed crackers, seeded crackers and a quince jelly. (milk, gluten, sulphites)
A Camembert-style cheese with a classically creamy and unctuous taste. Flavours are vegetal, truffley and garlicky.
Made with pasteurised cow's milk and animal rennet.
A sweet, soft, delicately ‘goaty’ and grassy, with an ice-cream like texture. The young cheese is rolled in ash, and then matured for a couple of weeks to allow the growth of a natural rind and the development of a more complex flavour.
Made with raw goat’s milk and vegetarian rennet.
Stilton Colston Bassett
Colston Basset Stilton cheese is hand-made by Billy Kevan and his team in Nottinghamshire. It is one of the last remaining hand-ladled Stiltons. Hand-ladling produces an intensely rich and creamy cheese; and the Colston Bassett flavour is deep, lingering and complex.
Made with pasteurised cow’s milk and vegetarian rennet.
The Cornish Gouda is handmade by Giel Spierring on the family farm in Looe Cornwall. The Dutch family moved from the Netherlands in 1998 to start dairy farming, but due to years of poor milk prices the family could no longer afford to continue running the business. When youngest son, Giel, came home from college to a ‘For Sale’ sign on the farm gate in 2012, he decided he would make the business viable by diversifying the farm through the production of Cornish Gouda Cheese. the gouda we select is matured for 12 months this hard cheese has a rich complex flavour to it, with subtle hints of caramel.
Made with raw cow’s milk and animal rennet.

47°N refers to the latitude of Burgundy, made from a blend of the best Bourgogne grapes coming from Cote de Nuits, Vosne-Romanee and Beaune 1er Cru.
