A very warm welcome to Pawel, who has built up a wealth of hospitality experience since he secured a Foundation Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Business Management at University College Birmingham.

He has worked in high-end restaurants, including 5* Seaham Hall Hotel in County Durham and Opus in Birmingham, where he spent almost five years, progressing from restaurant manager to a director of the business before he started his own hospitality consultancy.

With a passion for fine wine and excellent service, Pawel’s other achievements include winning the Business Hospitality and Tourism category in the Future Faces of Birmingham Awards and reaching the finals of the Academy of Culinary Arts Annual Award of Excellence and the Gold Service Scholarship.
