The Jubilee weekend is almost upon us, and we are looking forward to street parties, fêtes and general festivities.
To mark this historic moment, Adam has created a special Platinum Jubilee tasting menu The Cross, which is inspired by royalty and uses only the most luxurious ingredients.
Expect the likes of "Consomme Royale" and "Fillet of Turbot Princesse, Wye Valley Asparagus, Preserved Winter Truffle, Shaved Summer Truffle."
The menu is available for lunch and dinner in place of our regular tasting menu, from Wednesday 1st June through to and including Sunday 5th June. Our À La Carte, Lunch, Vegetarian & Vegan menus will also be available.
