Giuseppe has a great education and passion for wine and a following degree in Viticulture and Oenology. He has also achieved the Professional Sommelier qualification with AIS Italy member of the Association de la Sommellerie International. He has actively used this knowledge in the development of the wine list and drink selection at The Cross at Kenilworth.
Giuseppe has had a great impact on the business and leads, showing excellent skills with customers. He is a great all-rounder, oozes passion, enthusiasm and ambition.
His passion for the wine brings him to work in very important and famous winebar and restaurants around Italy, like the Vineria Reggio in the heart of Rome in Campo Dei Fiori or in Osteria Terraglio in beautiful Bassano Del Grappa.
